San Fernando Valley Honor A Hero - Hire A Vet Job & Resource Fair - 2011

Woodland Hills, CA, October 27, 2011 - The fifth annual Honor A Hero - Hire A Vet (HAH-HAV) Job & Resource Fair will host over 1,000 San Fernando Valley veterans and over 90 employers. This year’s HAH-HAV promises to be one of the largest and most successful events ever.

The San Fernando Valley Veterans Employment Committee, The Valley Economic Alliance, The San Fernando Valley Employer Advisory Council, and The California Employment Development Department have partnered to make this one of the most effective veteran employment initiatives to date. Last year we hosted over 1,200 veterans and 87 employers.  With our new online registration and tracking systems, we will engage San Fernando Valley veterans like never before.

Although HAH-HAV is open to all job seekers, our target market are the men, women and families who have sacrificed much to defend our grateful nation. Help us spread the word, and have veterans register for this event online at www.sfvvec.org.
